do u know what would be SO cute....a little dog wearing a poodle skirt......OMG! that would be ADORABLE!!! i have that mental image in my head..lol! i see a little dog wearing a white shirt and a black poodle shirt with a little pink poodle on the side! AAWWWW

in the 1950's...It was a fashion of the 1950s, popular with young women and teenage girls. The name "poodle" comes from the applique'd motif, which is most often remembered as a poodle but could have been any other animal, such as a flamingo, or another object such as ice-cream.
