What did the boys dad whisper in Dean's ear about Sam before he 'died'??

that if Sam "changes" then Dean will have to kill him.
In otherwords Sams dad suspects that Sam will become one of the Demons at some point....

He asked him to look out for Sam. Also he told him it would be hard but there might come a time he would have to kill him . This was because of the bad thing that comes over him at times. It's like trying to take over who he is . Have you been keeping up on it? It's a great show. Love it!

He told Dean that he needed to watch out for Sam and protect him...and to take care of him.
here's the quote:
Dean: (Dad) said that he wanted me to watch out for you, take care of you.
Sam: He told you that a million times.
