I suggust you don't. There is a reason to block contents. Mainly to protect the Teachers from malicious Students. If your Schools' IT is doing it's job correctly, even if you do find a way around the filters, they will find out and you can get expelled. Is Expolsion worth going to forbidden sites??

If you paid for the computer or the internet access, then you have the right to use it as you like, but the school system paid for the computer and internet access so, hands off.
