easy! just go to windows movie maker on your programs and open it up paste some pictures and insert a mp3 file its easy 1nce u have the program opened ull find out its that easy!
oh and 1 more important thing,when uploading your video to youtube make sure u upload the file not your windows movie maker program,get it?also u can get many diffrent pictures from gooogle to make your video.

I've always used windows media maker. There are some websites you can use aswell, but I don't know how good they are.

there are a lot of places but the one ive used is: www.onetruemedia.com and just follow the instructions that are there one web site.
