Ok well if you are trying to accentuate your smaller bust, look for dresses with gathering, ruffles, or details across the bust to increase visual appeal. Or look for styles with appliques`, embroidery or patterns to add interest. Babydoll, halter or a-line sheath silhouettes also accentuate a smaller bust.
If your concern is more masking your larger back end again fuller skirts, and a-lines are your best bet, darker colors help too. You don't have to go dullsville either. A dark dress with great bright accents, dress it up amazingly! Color in the right places add to your look rather then hurt it.
You can get away with a langer dress too, great heels would keep it from dragging on the floor. Keep in mind that a full skirt doesn't mean ball gown (layers of frilly tulle) and avoid the dress that has a princess seam (they cut you in half making you look stumpy). Empire or straight silhouettes work best on any body type! Good luck finding a great dress and have fun at the prom!!

if u have very light skin then u should get a light color dress !! this way it looks like u have a tan !! but u can totally get a tan i dont care!!

if u have dark hair, then u should get a dark color dress something like blue or black !! if u have dark brown hair u should get a nice light brown dress !! i know that may sound ugly, but it will really bring out ur eyes and hair style !!

I would say an A line, mid thigh, but not floor length with a low neck line. That would be cute !! -Ashley

i might placed on a gown that clinches in at your waist then flares out. this might conceal your hips if youre uncomfortable approximately them. purchase one that finishes approximately knee length too so which you wont be concious of your thighs. Wedges or no longer-too-extreme-heels will artwork additionally.
