I have a strange infatuation with mental hospitals, depressed people, weirdos, insane people, insanity itself, stuff like that. It's almost like when I see a movie, I kind of want to experience the pain the person in the movie is feeling.
What the hell's wrong with me? It kind of scares me, but I still become so interested in it...

Why do you guys think I used to hang around here so much? = P
I thought about becoming a psychology major...i'm seriously thinking about it, but only because i'm interested. The things I want to do with my life don't really need college(massage therapy/bartending)

Because you are like me. You gain insight by life experiences rather then reading about them. You feel that you would be able to understand more if you were to go through what they went through.
There is something very interesting about the human brain. It can make people do and think the wierdest things. The unknown is very inviting to me. Like horror movies are so interesting because it's a replica of the dirty side of homiside that you never see on the news.
What makes a person act the way they act or think the way they think. I always look at crazy homeless people and try to see what it is that they are feeling or thinking. I try to understand but something has snapped.
I'm with you on this one!

Good to see you again.... Mental hospitals are an interesting place. They're supposed to be helping folks with many different things to help them get back to normal, whatever that is for them. There's nothing wrong with you. You're just interested in how the brain and personalities function as one. Hmmm maybe not.

You better hope to god you never suffer with a mental illness. It is absolutely horrible and further more it annoys me when people have this stigma about mental illness , saying that people are mad or dopey......like we wanted the illness.

It's like watching a car wreck. You just can't turn away from it, no matter how bad it gets. Human nature.
