I was stupid and gave this FREAK my cell phone number and now he keeps calling and calling.Can he figure out where I live?

He can figure out the state, but I think you have to pay to get the address. Sorry to hear that.

He can go to www.whitepages.com and find out your number address and cell phone provider free....... One advice:
