What are some good b-day ideas for a middle schooler? It needs to be cool, fun, and preferrably (but not necessarily) fairly simple. Nothing sl*tty please. I need ideas for things to do, etc.

how about a party in your own backyard sometime in the late afternoon and early evening? you can use your own stereo, order a few pizzas, make some burgers, and chaperon the kids with other parents. set up some games and give some cool prizes, like perhaps a gift certificate, or rather things teens like that are under 10 bucks.

maybe you could describe her a little, please. soory, but still. Video games, air hockey table(they havthem for $40) dvds are always good. You could sign her up for yahoo, that's always fun. Books,giftcards to hair places or bath'n'body works.
