How do you download pics and videos to your ipod ?

Do you have to pay for them? What format do they have to be?

u need itunes ..once u have that click on it and the itunes screen will appear... well u need to connect u ipod first obviously...after that make a folder listing all the pictures u want to put on ur ipod. ..when u open itunes ur picture of ur ipod will be there.....on the top click where it says pictures or something like that..then search for ur folder where u put ur photos that u want to put ur pictures then click download orsomething that sas that...

for the video u have to download a program to convert ur videos to ipod format...in google type in ipod video converter and just download the trial....but it will work just perfectly..then once u've done that and converted ur videos to ipod format..click on the right side where it says videos and drag ur videos that are converted there and from there drag them again to where ur ipods name is at and there u have pictures and videos on ur ipod!!!!!

You save them onto your computer.

Then, for pics, plug in your iPod, go to the Pictures tab, and select which folders on your computer you want to be put on your iPod.

For videos, download them online, then on itunes, click File>Add Folder to Library, and choose your video.

You can also download videos from iTunes, of course.

Keep in mind that many Web-downloaded videos may not play on your iPod. Also, animated pictures will not animate.

i know how to download pictures.
IF you have a video iPod, you would of course, download the photos onto your comp into a folder. You would then plug in your iPod to your comp and then open iTunes. Somewhere at the top tabs, most likely the "File" section, will there be a link to a new window that will help you edit and such.
You woudl go to the "Photos" tab and you could choose the photo folder you would like to put into your iPod.
you'll know the rest from there.

on te iPod, yes you have to pay, you can only download what you buy from iTunes. kinda makes you wonder why they are so popular when you can get a creative zen vision M that will work like an external hard drive, it'll hold anything you drag and drop to it, and play it flawlessly, return your iPod and look it up.

if you aready have pictures of you in your computer you can put them on your ipod and videos you need to have the video ipod. i'm not sure how you do it.

u have to download ituns to ur computer and then go to store and click on vids.
