i mean except artificial stuff and all that or getting close to a man's penis because i have all the pregnancy symptoms but ive never had sex or anything and ive never been close like that to a mans penis im only 13!

If you have never had sex and never been close to anything with sperm on it (a guys penis or hand with the slightest bit of sperm or pre-ejaculation fluids on it) then no. You need to talk to your mom and go see a doctor to see what is going on. If you ever have been in any situation that could result in pregnancy you need to know as early as possible. If you honestly never have been in any situation that could result in pregnancy then you may have a cyst or other health issue...either way you need to see a doctor to find out what is going on and how to handle it.

Yes you can get pregnant even without penetration. It has happened more than once and Christ's mother wasn't the only one. As long as semen gets into the vaginal canal sperm CAN make it's way to an unfertilzed ovum. While it might be a virginal fertilzation/gestation she won't be a virgin after she gives birth.
Note males have answered otherwise (that she can't get pregnant) Shows you just how much they really know about the female anatomy...and how much they think that they HAVE to actually be a part of the creation when all we need is their sperm...

Yup. If he ejaculates anywhere near your vagina, you could get pregnant.
Let's say you're both humping each other without underwear. He doesn't penetrate you, but he comes close. Could you get pregnant? Yeah.
Go to the doctor and get birth control. If you're getting close enough to ask this question, you need to get birth control.
If you haven't even been close to a man's penis then no. There is no way for you to be pregnant. You're probably close to getting your period though!

the ONLY way to get pregnant without sex is artificial insemination, which is where male semen is inserted into a woman's womb during her ovulation.
a woman can not just decide she wants to be pregnant.

a thought that you did not mention...has a man/boy (other than his penis) been near your vagina?...if he might have had his hand anywhere near your vagina, and touched it, and he had motine sperm on his hand, then that may be a good possibility of transferrign sperm and not having penile-vaginal intercourse...
a buddy of mine in high school did not want to have sex with a fellow classmate...but she did offer to perform oral sex and he reluctantly agreed...after he ejaculated, she spit it into a syringe and inserted it into her vagina...she got pregnant and the story was so outlandish, no one believed him and he got to pay for 18 years of that kids care...

well...the ONLY way (I mean, besides a turkey baster) to get pregnant from not having sex would be to have a mans unclothed penis touching a woman's unclothed vagina and his semen or pre ejaculation were to come in contact with her genitals.
