It's a game where you pull sticks and you can't let any marbles fall threw.

I used to play that game as a child-it's a marble game. There is a tower with wooden dowels, or sticks stuck through the middle at different angles, I think. The marbles are dropped on top of the dowels. When you take your turn you pull out a dowel. Each person does this until the marbles find their through an opening in the dowels and fall through to the bottom.
