Into the Right atrium thru the inf/sup van cava, then down thru tricuspid valve into the Right ventricle then out of the pulmonary senilunar vale thru pulmonary artery into the lungs pick up 02, drop off CO2. Then back to heart and into the left atrium thru the pulmonary viens (only veins in the body to carry O2). Then into left ventricle thru bicuspid (mitral) valve and out of the aortic semi-lunar going to the rest of your body. The left side of the heart is systemic (oxygenated) circulation. The right side is pulmonary (deoxygenated) circulation. The atria recieve blood, the ventricles send blood.
