The only way to get a legit one is at a Nintendo Event. Depending on the event, they will either load it onto your cart (like at Journey Across America and Celebi), trade it to you for any random Pokemon (like they did for Mew at Toys R Us), or give you the Aurora Ticket so you can go to the island and catch him (I think this was given out at Pokemon Rocks America). With Diamond and Pearl coming out it's not very likely that they'll hand Deoxys out again. They'll be concentrating more on the new unobtainables, such as Darkrai.

i got all the legendaries in shiny to get it you need ar (action replay ) they sell it at best buy for 20 dollars it lets you get celibi shiny legendaries in the wild also you get infinite rare candies and gold symbols. you should get it and it also can make all your pokemon on level 100 - 500 but it will corrupt your game thats the only way to get deoxys and if you ever get a aurora ticket take the ship to birth island and move the rock a certain amount of times to get deoxis hes on level 35 also there is no going on the space ship non sence because i looked it up in every cheat site and they dont have it its just a rumor.

i'm not sure but i think you have to get the boat ticket from a nintendo convension and go to the island deoxy is on. i also heard that you go to the rocket lauch pad with venasaur, charizard, bastoise, blaziken, and the other 2 starter pokemon for emerald when the rocket is between 160 and 165 launches

To get Deoxys you need to get the Aurora Ticket from the Nintendo Event Or........ Use a warp cheat to teleport there.

Deoxys is the wter one, right? Catch Venasaur. I have caught him. Just use that one grass move, I forget what it is called, three times, then use the repeat ball.

you cant normal get Deoxys in emerald, or any of the GBA games. you need to use a cheat device like action replay, or game shark to get him.
If you know someone with him you could always trade.
