south park- season 5. two words: cripple fight. If thats not enough it has the best south park episode of all time: scott tenorman must die. This is easily the best season.
Seinfeld- also season 5. The top rated show of the entire series by a viewer's poll was in season 5's: The opposite.( George comes to the realization that he should try to do the opposite of everything his instincts tell him to do). This season has 4 episodes in the top 10 as well including: the hamptons, the marine biologist, and the dinner party.
