Did yopu win or loose the contest?

What was the injury. Was it the direct of being a check out operator. I can't imagine how you could get hurt doing that. What happened?

I worked in a supermarket once for a very short time. People should have more respect for cashiers. They are on their feet almost their entire shifts, they have to learn the names of all sorts of fruits so they can type in the right codes, they have to deal with extremely rude customers who ask questions like why they price of tampons was raised 98 cents since the last time they bought, and endless lines of people. The customer is ALWAYS right. Sometimes there is no person to bag the groceries, and someone shows up with like 2 carts of stuff. I worked four shifts before I quit. lol. But its what your required to do in that line of work so no you probably arent entitled to it unless you have carpel tunnel, or something thats directly related to your work,

could you please be more specific about where the pain is and do you have tingling sensations in your fingers,i would take a rough guess at 3 possiblities
(1) carpall tunell syndrome)trapped nerves in wrist operation will take about 6 weeks of work, done under local anasetic.
(2) tennis elbow painfull to touch the upper part of elbow
(3) golfers elbow this is the lower part of your elbow.
if its numbers two and three then this is treated by cortiszone injections by your gp.and rest for about 1 hour and repeated after 6 weeks if required.
