Do you and your friends realize that the 'violations scheme' is there to PROTECT children from reading or seeing pornography? If they have been 'suspended' or 'thrown off' of
Y!A their 'language' was probably 'seriously offensive' or their questions were 'offensive' in some 'pornographic' way. Thus their 'misery' and 'distress' are 'earned' and your 'complaint' is not a good one. If your friends want to they may 'ask to be heard' about their suspension, and will be 'judged' again ...

The guidelines are reasonable. YA is a useful site, and sometimes fun -- it doesn't need to be ruined by insults, porn and plagiarism. If your friends are miserable and distressed, maybe it's because they deserve it.
