Chris Benoit should be the WWE champion he is the most deserving wrestler in the history of the WWE. Everyone is getting sick of john cena and batista they need to mix up the championships and give more deserving people like benoit another run.

Heck yeah. I swear I dont understand why Smackdown has the best wrestlers right now....Undertaker, Kane, Benoit, Batista...and the list goes on. Chris Benoit was fueding with Chavo Guerrero..GIVE ME A BREAK!! The Crippler should have a heavyweight belt around his waist not some US title.....Good News is I heard Benoit is coming to RAW right after WM....so hopefully his chance will be sooner rather than later.

I totally agree. Chris Benoit is the greatest wrestler in WWE's long history and certainly deserves another World title run before his long career is over.

Vince McMahon options who receives the call runs and call pictures, no longer the wrestlers themselves. If the wrestlers were given to elect, easily everyone could be gunning for the heavyweight titles. McMahon likes adult males who've "The look" (steroid more desirable physiques), Mic skills, and air of secrecy/personality. those are the adult males who're placed into the call photo. Vince beloved Benoit's technical skills and administration (it truly is why he became drafted to ECW - to be a mentor), yet did not like his personality and his mic skills (or lack thereof).

Yes, he should get a World Title match. He is better than Batista. He won a match against Batista on Raw.
