Why don't you compare and contrast command economies with a free market economy? You can show that in a general visual impact picture, rather than drawing out each section.
First half of the page, draw a large circle representing command economy, with lines coming out to smaller circles (smaller than the large circle, but large enough to draw icons in), and with people's faces, $ signs, a red cross symbol for healthcare. Make sure that the large circle is the ONLY one connecting with each of the little circles with lines, to show that a command, or planned economy is what controls all the departments. The little circles should NOT have lines going to one another, because you're going to show that in the free market economy in the second half below.
Then in the second half of the page, have a bunch of EQUAL sized circles, in rows or beside each other, with lines going from one circle to all, then the second circle to all, kind of like a dreamweaver maze, to show the equality in a free market economy.
And for the insides of each of these circles, equal, or smaller, you can go through magazines, and snip out pictures in the shape of circles pertaining to each section (like a person at work for example to represent employment), and paste them inside the circles, instead of drawing icons.
Hope it helps...
