It is very rocky and snowy, with extremely large drop offs. A lot of the snow is locked up as ice in flowing glaciers. As to the specific type of rock youd have to look that up.

Dr. Seuss worst nightmare! dead bodys in plain view and freezin temperatures....if you had any skin exposed it would be frost bitten in a matter of seconds. if you fell just the slightest bit you could cut yourself and your trip is pretty much over cause it wouldnt heal up cause the air is so thin and you blood isnt as thick. so pretty much scarest environment matchable!
