Can someone tell me the author of a song called "Teenage Wasteland"?

I believe the song is in the movie "Girl Next Door" and its played at sporting events. There is a cool piano part, and guitar.

the song is called "baby o'riley" by the who from their 1971 album "who's next" written by guitarist and vocalist peter dennis blancford townshend. the song was originally supposed to be part of pete's rock opera that was supposed to follow up 'tommy' called "lifehouse". the opera was never completed and most of those songs were released on the who's next album. the basis of the rock opera was a premonition to what has become the internet. where people from all over the world experience music and life via cables and watch things on screen. the who were heroes the rock community in this opera. the song baba o'riley was named that after the rock opera idea was scrapped. originally it was called "teenage wasteland" the new name came from the synth part. pete programmed information like birthdays and other numerical information of producer teddy riley and the indian spiritual guru meher baba into a sythesizer and the into to the song is what came of that program. check out another great version of the song lead singer roger daltrey did with the chieftans. instead of the synth backing music, the traditional irish band the chieftans composed irish music for the backing.
