I think they have but I dont think they said they did because it never hurt the contestant competing for the money. I dont think they ever will get one wrong that will make the contestant lose because the show is rigged and everyone would feel so bad for the kid that got it wrong and nobody would ever pick the kid again.

Many of these "kids" are actors!! They get told the answers before the show. I think the "contestants" are actors only.

Tardis is right. This whole retarded show is scripted. The kids wear earpieces so their supposedly witty lines can be fed to them. All the children are professional actors, NOT fifth grade students in any normal school. If you don't believe me feel free to look up their Bios on www.imdb.com. Perhaps you recognize Laura from The Jacket as the young Keira Knightley. She's also a recurring character on Without a Trace.

I am just guessing but I would say those are honor students. I am guessing that they are at the top of their classes and are there because they will remember everything they have learned. Then again they haven't learned much and aren't being asked to think, only to remember.

Yea i have seen one of them get it wrong but i think they pay the people (adults) on there to act stupid because on one episode there was this girl whos question was what country has the biggest border with the U.S.? She picked mexico seriously who doesnt know that answer helloo it's CANADA

personally i think those are higher standard questions than fith graders or anything below that would ever get. For example under 1st grade science it was asking about astronomy. I never learned that in grade one!!

I've seen them miss a few times but if you look on the their biographies page it says that all of the kids are pretty smart so they probably won't miss a lot of questions.
