Try Febreeze Car. Not just ordinary Febreeze, the febreeze they make specially for cars is really powerful and it should do the trick, make sure you open the doors and the sun roof, keep it nice and open and aired out during and after you spray the whole car with it. If the Febreeze doesn't work try Lysol which also works very well, but I would use that as a back up. Hope you can get that smell out! Good Luck!!

Two Options:
1. - Expensive (sort of) Take car back to dealer and have them detail it.
2. - Wash interior with a solution of 1 part vinegar/ 2 parts water. (Always test an inconspicuous area first for staining.) Leave a bowl of vinegar (straight, undiluted) on the floor with the windows rolled up. The vinegar will draw in the odors.

spray every thing with fabreese, leave all windows open a crack. If that does not help, but a sented candle, don't light it, but put it on a small pan or some thing and let the smell ov it infiltrate all inside areas of the car.

No problem. I know, no car air fresheners really work. Now you know not to waste your money on them again. Don't worry, I have the answer and it works like magic!
Lysol Disinfectant Spray CRISP LINEN scent. Kills 99.9% of germs. The stuff's a miracle! BF is HISTORY!
Everyone thinks FeBreeze is so fantastic...the results are much more temporary than Lysol Disinfectant.

Open all windows, put many air fresheners and spray Febreeze and stuff. I feel bad for you and that is a bad situation to be in.

Try running the errands yourself, so that you can get sweaty and stinky, while your boyfriend sits pretty at home.
