i have a samsung sgh-c417 and im trying to download ringtones. and everytime i download ringtones. it says the page cannot be displayed help?

It sounds like the default ringtones page that your carrier has set in your phone no longer exists. Do any other pages work? If so, I'd try and download ringtones from sites other than your carriers. Some carriers could block this. If it still isn't working for you, you should go to your carrier's local store and have them take a look at it. Since they generally make a few bucks off of you every time you download a ringtone, it's in their best interest to make sure your phone can still do that. They may have to upgrade your phone's firmware which is a good thing anyway as that can yield more talk time, mroe stable interface and sometimes extra features as well as bug fixes.
