I found such a bill during some desperately lean days. I spent it on groceries, and thanked God for the gift.
Since then, I have spent an extra $20 several times a year on dry goods, canned goods.....food that I contribute to the local food pantry. It seems only the right thing to do.

buy a 15 dollars re-fill verizon ph card
fill up the tank
buy a dime bag and ten bucks worth of gas-(do they still sell those dime bags?)
go to the movies and buy the biggest popcorn and drink
get some hair color and dye my hair an outrageous color
buy a web cam from wal-mart for 15 bucks
buy a game
get some new mascara, eyeliner
eat at subway several times

I'd ask my 8 year old how he would like to spend it. Kids come up with some interesting ideas.
When I asked him he said he would take it to the bank and get it exchanged for quarters so he could keep some in his pocket to buy cookies with at the gas station.

I would donate it to Saint Jude's Hospital. It is a hospital that provides pediatric treatment to children around the world who are stricken with Cancer and other catastrophic illnesses.

Give it to my 2 nieces that are spending the night at the hospital with another niece of mine, so they could have snacks to eat during the night and something to drink.

id give it to charity to support those sweet inocent children homeless and going to sleep with an empty stomach. $20 worth of food can mean a lot to those needy children
