Spartan Has it 100% it's a literal translation word for word thus preserving the flavour. Originally the word "malakas" meant soft in the brain, The jump in meaning to wanker is obvious. "Malakas" is also used by its self as in Don't be a "malakas" or you are "malakas". Even though the word means "wanker" what you are really saying is don't be stupid or you are stupid. Well i'm half greek (Even though i'm 12 I know this... o-o) and I know that malaka means wanker. How I know this? my mum would scream it out when someone isn't driving safely on the road.

A rather pejorative expression commonly used among those who have little inclination to intelligence, hence I would not take it to heart. The previous explanations are correct and there is not a graceful way of translating it. The closest I could come up with would be "You narcissist won't you kindly attempt to be fruitful and multiply alone" . Pardon my use of biblical language.
