Not me. I think "Cars" should have been nominated for Best Picture, instead of being religated to that cheap "Best Animated Feature" catagory.

My top film for the year was "Children of Men" - very nearly tied with "The Departed."
My other faves were "Little Miss Sunshine" and "The Queen."
I didn't have a fifth favorite until I saw "Letters from Iwo Jima" - it really was excellent. But in terms of skill, emotion or thrills it didn't quite match my top two. But I do recommend it to everyone.
I had also seen "Flags of our Fathers" - I wonder how well "Iwo Jima" plays without that companion piece?

no.... The Departed was by far the best movie of the year!!
