They shop for the most expensive stuff, but look the same as the stuff in walmart and target. They do all their shopping in Hollywood.

A few shop Pharrell's line, Billionaire Boys Club (BBC) which is a line available at limited stores around the nation.
Many (for big events) shop high end like versace, gucci, vivian westwood, dolce,...
Mostly they try for the casual expensive - you could get their looks from places like Neiman or Saks.
