The blend door on my 98 ford windstar is broken, and can't be glued back together. So, i need a new one. Retail will only allow me to buy the whole assembly, which is $850 CAD
Can anyone find me just a blend door and not the whole assembly?

Call around to junkyards in your area, they'll be much cheaper. "You pull it" type places will be even cheaper yet, but their selection will be VERY spotty as they won't have many cars as new as '98. (at least in California. Cars age a lot faster in road-salt states.)

i own a shop and i checked the place where i buy from and there almost that much,if i was you id buy a used heater box from a junk yard this way you can get everything you,ll ever need for it to repair it with,i have had to do this before,just to get one part,but its a lot cheaper then buying a new one,you,ll also get a good heater core with it also, so this might be something to think on,,good luck with it,i hope this help,s.
