I have 3 fanasty baseball teams and I want to know which one is better.I know they aren't great but I was on a budget.Please rank 1-10 being best

Team 1 is your best and strongest team. It's strong on pitching that's for sure. I don't know how your league is set up but you may want to trade some pitching for some offense. I'd look at 6-ish but that depends on the other teams.
Teams 2 and 3 (I see you really like C.C. Sabathia) will be decent if you can stay healthy. You seem to have gone for more youth and toward the end of your budget. As the salary cap gets near its end, look for starters or cheap potential that can help right away. That way you can keep or trade these prospects.
By the way, is this a keeper league or 1 year?
