Saying that he should have been assassinated was a ridiculous statement. Maher (not Mahor like the idiot in the earlier post said) should be fired. Who cares if you think you have freedom of speech. That was total disrespect of a human, and this human he disrespected is in a thankless job. Disagree with the man all you wish, but saying he should be dead was crossing the line. That was worse that what Trent Lott said, and he lost his position for it.

To me to wish death on a elected official of either party is illegal and definitely unethical and shows that the person carry this philosophy has no other means to debate their views except hatred. But then when did Bill Maher have any talent. He never should of been allowed back on the media after saying it took more courage to fly planes into buildings of all innocent people than what our pilots due when they drop bombs on strategic missions.

Bill Maher said that on a talk show. Out of line. But Coulter spoke at a mainstream Republican event with the Republican candidates. That seems worse. How does that make the Republican party look? Or is that how Republicans want it to look? I really hope not.
