DO YOU CAPITALIZE SPEAK IN THE REST OF THE PAPER?

No. You only capitalize words in the body of a paper if they refer to the name of a person or organization. The words in a title are usually all capitalized (other than connector words like "a", "and", "the" etc) but you do not capitalize them in other parts of a paper unless they refer to a formal name, like "United States of America".

If the Book is called "Speak", then yes. If only your paper's title is "Speak", then no.
