Is a rotating hookah better than the other types of pipes?

I am about to purchase a new hookah and some of my friends say to get a rotating one they have heard it is better but i wanted to hear from people who have tried it. What is the best pipe i want a 3 or 4 hose pipe medium or large

get a lazy susan and put your hookah on it then u will not need a rotating hookah....if you go to shimmyshimmy.com they have wonderful middle eastern hookas that work awesome i bought the 27 inch one......if you live in Seattle there is an egyptian store that carries hookas for cheap
