Since I'm part welsh I have curves. WEl lI truly am naturally big boned.At least my ankels are. I HATE how my legs look from the knees down. my ankels are wide, and I have man calves from danceing and jsut being naturally muscular.
Does anyone know of any books that can help self esteem and that promotes positive body images?
I'm not a big girl,I'm 5'6 and 126 lbs. I work out often and dance everyday. I'm jsut naturally muscular and have curves... from the waist down. (I'm pretty flat upwards.) And I don't like that about myself either. But I know I can't change my flat chest unless I gain wait and I WON'T allow myself to gain weight (being a dancer and all) so all I can change is my legs. It's gotten so bad that I won't wear shorts in the summer time because my calves are so muscular.
so if anyone has any book,video, etc.etc. suggestions please help.
