How do you get the bottom of a Teflon pan clean?, It starts to look burnt, yellowish,I have tried comet, oven cleaner, bleach, nothing works..I just got a new set of pans-and don't want these to end up looking ugly outside...

It is not supposed to. You may be using too much heat. With the new ones, don't use the high heat setting. And ONLY use soap to clean them.

I guess you are talking about the exterior of the pans... Try to use some soft scrub liquid cleanser on them if it is the grease from cooking. Of course if you're referring to the interior, you should never use anything abrasive to ruin the finish. If they're un-painted, (not enameled or Porcelain, etc.) you could try oven cleaner. Baking soda or table salt will scrub them up as well.

I just read an article about these yesterday, It's time to throw it out and replace it. The teflon that you have already consumed off it should do you no harm healthwise, but they need to be cleaned without any abasives (scrubbing, etc.). Get a new one.

Try Brillo Scouring Pad and lots and lots of hard rubbing.
