Because you don't understand what the right to free speech guarantees. When you sign up for Y/A you agree to follow the rules of the forum, which they set because they own it. If they say that you have to post Nazi propaganda and you don't, they have every right to ban you.

Yahoo doesn't violate free speech. This is a privately owned site and they can set whatever rules they want. We may not like them, but that's the way it is.

hater's that report for no reason cause this and yahoo allows it. just like people who answer questions that they don't like with smart alec answers. just don't answer. this is a reasonable question. i asked it also was only my 2nd ? of the night and had to get a mean answer. if you don't like it don't answer. you are free to go answer something else. be good chicken

Because they feel they are their own little world with their own little laws. I mean think about it. We get suspended for nothing, but people can bash gays on here and make racist comments and get away with it. We have a hater, or a bad word slips, we're outta here!

Because it's their platform, not yours. They can delete anything they want. Free speech just says the government can't censor you.
