Husqvarna self propelled mower problem?

2004 model 55c21HV mower wont let me pull it backwards. locked in forward gear all the time. Belt drive. I can't see anything wrong. Has anyone out there had the same problem?

Go to their web site, find a "contact us" block, give them the model number. Probably you will be able to download a user manual that will help. If not, e-mail them your specific question.
