NO... ATX mainboards are slightly larger then uATX mainboards. The ATX refers to the power supply that can be used.

its one of the standards, referring to case size. uATX just means its for a smaller form factor tray (9.6X9.6). if your case can support a normal ATX main (12X9.6) I'd go that route you get more options, and more for your dollar in general.
