Well, she'll have like a quick burst of energy or she twitches and runs and twitches again and literally, while sitting, jumps horizontally. If that makes sense. When she stops and lets me pick her up, her heart is racing :/ Help please :/

Don't worry, that's the bunny happy dance commonly known by bunny owners as a "binky". When your bun does this, be happy because she's happy. That was my FAVORITE thing when I had my rabbits, it always made me smile.

awww, that's a Binky! It has nothing to do with being horny, that is how they play. Everything is fine, wouldn't your heart be racing after doing a couple of flips? Just sit back and enjoy! Or, you can try to jump back at her(make sure no one is looking, you'll look silly) , sometimes they'll do it back at you.

Its normal behavior...she is exited to get out of her cage and play. Her heart rate is up because, well, it takes a lot of energy to do what she is doing! So basically her heart bet is up because she is being active.
