His name is Ricardo Montalban. And I too, love when they say "carrrné asada".
My favorite Taco Bell commercial is probably that one, with the lions, although I also like the quesadilla commercial that is "Good To Go", just because my boss started doing that weird hand motion and saying "Good to go" for everything. It was pretty funny.
Not really a fan of the dog, though.

That is a good one. I love that burger commercial where the guy is eating some kind of pepper burger at his desk and everything in the office catches on fire. What about that burger commercial where the cute girl takes a bite then asks her boyfriend to pull her finger? Funny stuff!
