maybe you can drink a cup of coffee instead, that might pick you up.

You need a mental health counselor...and I'm not talking about the one at school.
Depression is a real problem. It takes a person who knows what they are talking about to help....not your friends, not your parents, not a preacher, but someone who will be on your side helping you.
Every state and almost every US county has mental health counselors. Figure out if you would be more comfortable talking to a male or a female...get on the internet and get at it girlfriend...you deserve a happy life.
You deserve it!

Food is just make things worse, whats the use, u just gonna get chubby, and maybe obese. try to make some friends, try saying hi to people, dont be mean, or anything, you could try exercising, to lose that extra weight. just try and make some friends, really, you need friends to bail you out of tough situations. hope for the best, and keep the faith. I dont know if your religous or not, but try praying. good luck.

seeing a counselor wouldn't hurt. Maybe they can help you get your troubles out in the open and it might also help determine if you need more help with your depression than just talking about it.

It is possible that your blood sugar drops, if that is the case protein would help~ (might I suggest a Tbs of peanut butter or slice of chicken or some such, even a cup of chicken broth)

if exercising and walking don't work try swimming and hiking. work in the garden, grow flowers or vegetables. if nothing works for you seek counseling.
