Happens everyday. People can make their surrounding neighbors so uncomfortable they run them off. Whether it's knowing your neighbor works the mid-night shift and you mow right under his bedroom window just to tick him off when you could have waited a couple of hours. Or you know it's 3 AM and 4 neighbors have already called and asked you to tone down the music and you won't. Or you let your kids pick all the old ladys flowers as soon as she leaves knowing it's her pride and joy. There's all sorts of ways to torment people. Slice the guys new tires. Heck......I don't need to give any ideas out there...

it is not only possible, it is happening every day just visit your local school, or read your local news's paper Maxine etc, propaganda and P,C, is a couple of ways they promote psychological warfare, along with integration,affirmative action, and many more programs designed to control the people , and from the answers I have seen on Y-A they have succeeded very well,

Possible? Mark this one as probable, especially in the Southwestern United States which did nothing but accept the domination of illegal aliens over the desires of citizens. Also, in the "whiter shade of pale," look up how the Wal-Mart corporation has forced cities such as Reno, NV to bow to their demands via threats of lawsuits.

Get your neighbors to do the same as you - go on a computer and engage in forums like this one so you don't have to bother each other. You may not even be aware of each other and peace is always possible that way.
