Alright, where I work I've had two guys that have a bachelor degree in psychology ask me out. Anyone know why? If you're a guy who is into psychology, please let me know the type of girls you are interested in. Just curious. Also, if I decide to date this guy, will he be more apt to understand my confusing, somewhat messed up life? Because my life is kind of crazy right now.

I also have to say that both these guys didn't know anything about me when they first became interested. Even now, this one guy doesn't know me yet. He only knows what I look like, and we've only talked twice. So he doesn't know (or suspect) my life is crazy either. I'm very out going, and appear to most that I'm happy with my life. No signs of craziness..lol.

Psychology is one of the most common undergraduate degrees so it just may be that there are so many more of them around.

Well im a girl but i think i can answer this. Im a psych undergrad myself, and when people find out they automatically think im analysing them. I think you may have jumped the gun, just because two guyz who have psych degree are into you doesnt meen you fit into some kind of catergory (unless your dress code is similar to that of a sexy teacher lol). Attraction varies, i personally think they approached you because you seem comfortable smart and interesting to them.

Just remember not to be intimidated by their degrees, it does come in handy for jokes and ice breakers though :D

They could just like the person they see in you. You may have a charming personality and good looks.

OR, they might realize that your life is messed up right now, and think that they are going to 'help' you.

Personally, I wouldn't want to be someone's experiment--but there's no way to know which way either of these guys is thinking.
