That depends. Matt Hardy is the better Brawler. Jeff Hardy is the better High Flyer. Put them together & you got perhaps the best tag team in the WWE.

I answered a similar question, and I'll answer this one again.
I like Jeff, I'm sure he's a grest person, and no doubt he puts himself on the line.
But Matt is the better wrestler. Everyone looks at the both of them and says "I like Jeff better because he's a high-flyer so he must be better". Wrong.
People also say that Jeff cares about his fans more. Wrong. If you ever read anything that Matt has ever written (check out his myspace) you'd see how much he LOVES his fans.
He gives 150% of everything he has to offer to the fans every time he steps in to the ring. He is the underrated Hardy, Jeff is slightly overrated. (He's not the Jeff Hardy from the attitude era, that's for sure).
Just because Matt doesn't always have the t.v. time to show even HALF the talent he has... doesn't mean it's not there. DOn't get me wrong, I like the both of them, I just think that Jeff gets a lot of credit when Matt doesn't get a fraction of what he deserves.
People frustrate me....

Jeff for sure because of risky a lot of his moves are, Matts pretty cute but he just doesn't seem like he wants to try as hard as Jeff does to win the fans over.

Jeff Hardy because he does more high-risk moves like the Swanton Bomb and the Whisper in the Wind plus I love his hair.

I'd say it's pretty even. Matt's probably the better pure wrestler, but Jeff is the daredevil, making him more entertaining.
