This is a Metaphorical Question:
I dont know how many people will get it .
Let say there are two people in a room filled with lets say 60 chairs....A and B.
A alwas sits at one place , never changes it.
B always ,every day moves to a new place and sits there.
Now , question is which approach is the best? I dont want to look at it from the point of view of Good/Bad- right /Wrong. whats the best thing to do?
Now lets say , chairs are not chairs(Lets say they are people) and instead of two people there is world population and there are twice the number of chairs than total population of the world.
What is the best thing to do ?
Stick to same place / idea / thought / belief / person / country or
Being experimental and trying new things???
Or its better to stick to one thing ,may be its socially accepted.

I'm a creature of habit in many ways. I would probably gravitate to the same seat because I like the comfort of constant stability. However, I do force myself to try new things & take risks sometimes even though it scares me because this is the only way to grow & experience life to its fullest.
I don't think either one (never changing/constantly changing) works alone. You couldn't live in constant chaos or complete control. I think a healthy balance is in order. Experiment a little, check out different vistas, try seeing things from a different perspective, but still enjoy the comfort of some stability, find something (somewhere, someone) that you're comfortable with & stick with it. You need some change & some constants in life. Some excitement/risk & some security/comfort. Perfect balance. That is the best thing to do in my opinion!

You can't generalise an entire life this way. There are several problems you will come across. Based on the nature of problem, what and how much you want from it, you chose a solution.
For some problems the best solution is to stick to the same chair. For some others moving is the best solution. Sometimes you got to sit in some chair as long as it is necessary. When to do what and how frequently depends entirely on the problem and the timing.

The situation you pose answers the "pain vs. pleasure" theory, where the two people have differing opinions.
Person "A" realizes more pleasure in knowing his surroundings, finds comfort in stability.
Person "B" finds more pleasure in trying new things out, experiencing new feelings and new viewpoints.
However, your question asks "Which is better?" and to answer that question you are asking to quantify emotions by saying "Person A's feelings are more justified than Person B's". And to quantify feelings, you must associate a value to ALL things. For example, Person A values security more than Person B, but Person B values new experiences more than Person A. How do you determine which is better? You can't!

I think that it always important to challenge your own and others beliefs, and to try new things in life. But to be honest, I'm a creature of habit and I would sit in the same chair, just tolk to the people around me about their beliefs! No, I'm serious, that's what I do in that kind of situation.

Life is all about chaging. You can't stick to the same, always think of better options.Don't have to think of social acceptance, its all about doing the things as we like, all that matters is how comfortable you are.

To be honest it really doesn't matter. If everyone did the same thing every day, human life would be just as valueless as if they all explored all their horizons.
