How much would it cost 2 get a used car (from '95) painted black?

Depends on the prep work that is required. I'd guess 400 minimum and 900 as more typical. If you are changing color or need any body work even more. Black paint shows all defects in the body.

If there's not a lot of body work that needs to be done, it shouldn't be too much. Black is a pretty cheap color. I'm guessing around $500-600 if you don't want anything special. If you want metal flake or metallic black, it will cost more.
