Question for guys AND girls?

I used to hate makeup. Recently my tastes have changed, and I bought all different kinds, types, and colors of makeup.

What I want to know is this: do you(guys) prefer girls who use no makeup, use it to look natural, or do the 'racoon eyes' ?

and for girls, what makeup style do you usually wear/prefer?

I go for the natural look if I'm goin out during the day and a lil more dramatic during the night

Definately natural...it is safest for everyone! No one wants to look at someone who has the racoon eyes...it's kinda creepy if you ask me...but sometimes I go with no makeup...if it is a good day

By your standards I am probably a pretty old guy. I'm 59 yo. I tell you that so you can listen to or ignore me as you see fit.

I prefer make-up be used to high-lite a woman.
I don't like make-up used to hide perceived ills.

If you have it caked on 1/2 inch thick, there had better be something special inside because, while I will look, I'll only look once.

Make-up should be used to enchance your features. The best part about wearing make-up is that you can change you look with different colors and applications. I'm a guy, and this is my answer to your question: The main thing is that you look good, if it does not take makeup to make you look good then don't use it, it might make you look like a whore, but if makeup makes you look better, my suggestion is that you put it on.

I wear black eyeliner and mascara, some brown shimmer eyeshadow and lipgloss.
I keep it simple, yet in a dark/simple way if you know what I mean.I don't put it on goth dark, or even heavy at all, but I definetly love the black eyes with a pretty shimmer shawdow to brighten it all up.

I use some make-up, but I like to use it moderately. Normally I will just use a little black or brown eye liner to bring out my eyes, with some matching mascara. Eye shadow maybe once in a while, depending on my mood/occasion, but never anything too flashy. Plus some concealer on days that it's needed. I like to keep it all simple.

i don't use a lot of make up i just use the basic stuff mascara,eyeliner,light eyeshadow, lip gloss and cover up if and when i need it. i think if you need some makeup then use it if you feel like you don't need it then use it. but if your going out it may be a good idea to use a little. hope this helps :)

I go with a natural look: foundation cover up mascara and sometimes eyeshadow...usually a lightish neutral color or purple (because it matches my skin tone)

I wear mascera, eyeliner on the bottom, gold eye shadow, and some cover up when needed.
