The legs fit Ok and all, but when I pull them all the way up, well, I can't. Seems like a gyp to me. Why should I have to cut em all up just so I can get em on?

You have to buy man-hose, not panty-hose. The thing that troubles me is why you are trying to wear it, but hey, to each their own...lol.
