Usually the company refers you to there place of testing,they should pay for it and that is after you are offered the job. Its pretty weird that you have to pay for your own screening. Usually you should go to the police station and get a finger print. Also, to get a urine sample for drug testing at a lab such as quest diagnostics... But again pretty weird that you have to pay. Why don't you ask the secretary or manager who gave you the application where you should go?

Go to your local Sheriff's Office. They will run one for employment purposes for about $40.
