Barrack and Hillary speak ebonics to black, drawl to southerners, and newyokan to new yorkers... Cheney never changes his accents when he tells lies... Why is that?

Politicians changes their language depending on the people they talked with so that they will be percieved to be belonging to their ethnic group. They wanted to associate themselves with their group primarily to get their votes.

to get a feel to the people, if i spoke a different language i would feel great if someone talked my language and it feels like i would relate to them better. Plz show me a website where it shows them changing accents

Politicians change their 'lingo' sometimes because flat-out, it works... it helps them relate to their audience.
Cheney doesn't alter his methods of speech because he is the devil and there is no way to cover that up. :)
