...where there are naturally more women.
Are these guys masochists or desperate for female company?
Is it sort of like in the 5th grade, when little boys hit and pinch girls in order to get attention?
I'd love to see Women's Studies used for its intended purpose--serious discussion and discourse.
Thanks in advance for all posts!

the positioning in many situations (no longer in simple terms this class) may be extra effective saved because it replaced into designed if individuals could hire the 'record abuse' button and record people who violate TOS and community rules (yahoo paintings stress would not have time to study each and every submit on the positioning as they take place). different than that, that's uncomplicated sufficient to miss related to the nonsense posts and/or "thumbs down" them and for those attracted to a definite subject remember or question to bypass related to the corporation of asking and answering. while the trolls and different beside the point posters don't get the attention they are searching for, they are going to ultimately bypass play someplace else. Ignoring human beings has a tendency to annoy them plenty extra advantageous than firing back at them...that's what they needed interior the 1st place.

I agree that there are some "questions" that are more beavis and butthead oriented than they are accountable and thought provoking. I've asked a couple of questions when I've been in a mood that weren't as well thought out as I would have liked in hindsight. The women's movement has a ton of accountability problems with it, but I'm not sure this type of lewd trolling would be any different if the movement had more integrity. I suggest either ignoring the questions or answering them directly with good arguments. I think pointing out how childish these guys are and how arrested their development is sometimes provokes them, largely because it is not a direct answer to their question.

This question is almost as perfect an example of feminism as can be had.
It is in a public area (meaning open to all) where obviously those who are prejudiced want men excluded exactly like everything else that is feminist in nature, which is 'women only, others not wanted'.
It is typical of feminism to try to shame men as if they were little boys in an attempt to get them to change something or other, which is how I view this question. (as you can see, it didn't work this time either)

This particular attempt asks a question that is baited, to say the least, heavily sexist to be more accurate, then proceeds to answer the biased question with more incorrect prejudicial questions and statements only to be carried forth by others who are just as prejudiced.

There are many reasons these so-called "Women-Bashers insist" on 'hanging out' in the women's studies section, probably about as many as for women doing so but probably not the same reason.

It appears that "women's studies", like feminism, wants the exclusive ability to say anything whatever about anything whatever, without the danger of some non-feminist pointing out that 'the king wears no clothes'.

Some are here to observe the 'Male-Bashing' and to point out that the hatred spewing from some feminazis is just poison, not factual information. Some that you consider "Woman-Bashers" probably are actually more and better informed than some, if not most, of the feminists. You probably don't agree, however.

I would like to know that as well. I know for a fact that there are many here that enjoy teasing and provoking other participants. Yes Croa I truly believe that this is the only attention these males get from women and like they say adverse attention is better than nothing.
I object to people like Robinson who accuse me of attacking others. It is rather hypocritical of him to name Wendy and I when in fact we merely have tried to protect another member who was being stalked and imitated by males on answers to try and denigrate and erode her credibility. This is going much further then just disagreeing with anther's opinion. The fact that Robinson minimizes the behaviours of these men and blames the victims is pretty indicative of the attitudes that society seems to favour. Is this fair? Not at all? A society is judged the way it treats its most vulnerable members. The cyber bullying and the mob mentality on Women's Studies needs to be addressed by those who facilitate this forum and the sooner the better.

The same reason I come to the social science section at all. To bring the truth and light of Darwinian thought to a section that is so often in the darkness of ignorance, relativism and post-modernism.

Wahahhaha let the womens room be used just for women, you know , feminist crap started like that, and it took the society down the gutter in one generation, and now you want men to make the same mistake twice? leave women to be and let them screw over the world, plus, a 250 billion dollar corporations went down to 60 billion or so when women CEOs were appointed. I do agree with you women studies can be used for some other women stuff and feelings, but as you can see , most questions here are just stupid, need population reduction, the west is in full of crap that they can't even realize it, men are ticked off, women are being completely retarded, well a high numbers are, i've met some good women too who are also tired of these idiot women running all around the west. well women in the west just can't be trusted now to be left alone anywhere, they will just screw things up more.

I have in the past, and will continue to post questions I believe to be about gender equality in the women's studies section. The questions about "What you hate about Baba Yaga" are a humourous attempt to gently nudge that headstrong bigot into lightening up a little.

If she cannot understand a little farceful mockery, she has no place talking with the adults in here. And by the way Baba Yaga, I've commented on your suggestion, and recommended that Yahoo Answers bans your for criminal deformation and hate speech. :) Have yourself a wonderful day.
